Dr. Ana and Reinfried Pohl have been collecting contemporary art with great enthusiasm for more than a decade. Over time, they have built up an extensive collection that is immediately striking for its diversity of media. In addition to paintings, it includes numerous sculptures, drawings, photographs, video works, and installations by both national and international artists of the 20th and 21st centuries. Regardless of its diversity, the collection reflects fundamental questions about existence in the world, offering interested viewers a unique perspective on their own lives.

Convinced that art needs resonance in order to unfold its effect, Dr. Ana and Reinfried Pohl decided to share their passion with the art-loving public. Since 2022, the collection has been presented and communicated in changing contexts in museum spaces in the south of Marburg.
